Diploma study loan program
Soft loan secured through personal guarantees to assist qualified persons to obtain Diplomas. It’s extended to those pursuing studies in the focus areas e.g. Health, Engineering & IT and Education.
Eligibility
1. Must be a Kenyan
2. Have secured admission in any institution of higher learning that is duly accredited
3. Have proof of a steady income through salary or self-employment
4. Provide proof of ability to service the loan on monthly basis
5. Be able to provide a collateral or an acceptable guarantor/s against the loan.
6. Parents/Guardians who undertake to repay on behalf of the Applicant must have the capacity to repay and provide acceptable guarantors against the loan.
Terms and Conditions
1. Funds (fees) will be sent directly to the University (RTGS).
2. Beneficiaries are expected to start repayment of the soft loan, before 5th of the subsequent month (upon disbursement of first cheque).
